A Graphic Designer, currently living and working in Copenhagen, Denmark. I am Susana, a 25 years old Portuguese girl, Who moved to Denmark in 2012. Before Denmark I finished Highschool in the Artistic School António Arroio in Lisbon, where I studied Communication Design, and after that, attended the first year of Scenography BA degree at the Architecture University of Lisbon. In 2014 I finished my AP-degree in Graphic Design at University College Nordjylland in Aalborg. I moved to Aarhus in that same year to attend the Digital Concept Development program at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus where I finished my Bachelor.
WHAT I DO:
My current job as a Graphic Designer at Shamballa Jewels in-house Marketing department gives me the thrill and diversity that makes me love what I do. It gives me the opportunity to work and explore different territories, projects and assignments in an accelerated rhythm that just makes my days fly by. My main responsibility is to ensure a coherent visual communication according to Shamballa Jewels' Brand guidelines, that translates to sales materials, visual presentations, stationary and the overall feel and look of the company. It means that on a daily basis I deal with the pains and gains of working with digital and printed materials, out and about on photoshoots for products or look-books and you may also find me in the Flagship store helping with the jewellery display.
Back in 2016 I worked as a graphic designer for Attention Design's Marketing department, where I helped them to implement a brand new Visual identity by E-types. During my time at Attention I would also contribute to the Design department when needed, in tasks mostly related to packaging and editorial design.
I am an enthusiastic, cooperative and a very happy person, where my creativity and social skills make me an excellent team worker, but what makes me valuable is the dedication and the effort I put in everything I do.
